Difference between CreativEpoxy “20” and “,50”:
20 system: Maximum casting height of 20mm
Processing time: 120 minutes
50 system: Maximum casting height of 50mm
Processing time: 240 minutes
Processing instructions:
- Mixing ratio: 100:35 by weight (A:B)
- Material and processing temperatures should be 15°C - 35°C
- Temperature resistance: -50°C to +85°C
CreativeEpoxy is easy to use. It requires no special equipment and degasses during curing.
This results in an absolutely clear and bubble-free casting. It can be cast in layer thicknesses of up to 20 mm in a single pour without overheating, distortion or discoloration.
In order to produce cast parts in unlimited thicknesses, additional layers can be cast in the respective maximum layer thicknesses after the previous layer has hardened. CreativEpoxy has various pigments available for you for a special color experience.
The CreativEpoxy pigments and color powder can be mixed together in the resin.
How much resin do I need?
To determine how much CreativEpoxy needs to cover the specific surface, please refer to the table below.
Formula for calculating the amount of material:
Length x width (cm)/10000 = material quantity in kg (for 1mm layer thickness)
